Looking for a way to give Gnome +2 Int (instead of Cha) or change Arcanist primary attribute for casting to Cha (instead of Int).

Making a Gnome Arcanist w 15 point buy. Want to maximize main spell-casting attribute to 18 (after racial attribute points are assigned).

Looking for a way to give Gnome +2 Int (instead of Cha) or change Arcanist primary attribute for casting to Cha (instead of Int).

Perhaps an alternate Gnome racial feature or subtype? Or some feat/trait/class feature that makes Charisma a main spell casting attribute for Arcanist.

The closest I can think of is to use a reskinned wayang (supposedly they're related to gnomes) or to fake arcanist abilities with some other class.

1 At middle age, -1 to Str, Dex, and Con; +1 to Int, Wis, and Cha

2 At old age, -2 to Str, Dex, and Con; +1 to Int, Wis, and Cha
3 at venerable age, -3 to Str, Dex, and Con; +1 to Int, Wis, and Cha

Note that these bonuses and penalties stack, so a character who's age is "Old" gets +2 total to INT/WIS/CHA, but takes -3 total to STR/DEX/CON.

It's possible that the point buy will work out more favourably by going Old age, though Venerable is likely to end with terrible physical stats (-6 total to STR/DEX/CON).

So the final stat adjustments for an Old Gnome are:
STR: -5
DEX: -3
CON: -1
INT: +2
WIS: +2
CHA: +4

EDIT: I messed up the physical stats, they should be right now.
