Codes from ConCurrent and PaizoCon not working

I got gift vouchers from GMing at both PaizoCon and ConCurrent. Neither works. I am trying to use them in the box for Promotions & Gift Certificates under Payment Method. Why would the codes not work?

Its a known issue. Send an email to organizedplay@paizo.com. They were pretty fast about resolving it.

Your vouchers should be working now but if you are still not able to redeem your vouchers, go ahead and email organizedplay[at]paizo[dot]com and they can take care of that for you. Thanks for your patience!


Shade2077, I hope yours are working...mine are STILL not. I e-mailed customer service a day before you did and I have yet to hear back (I've been checking the thread and see that they've still got e-mails dating back to July). I didn't try e-mailing organized play ... at this point, I'd hate to have two different spoons in the pot, so to speak.

Joan H, thanks to all of you for continuing to work on this. Let me know if I should continue to wait or if I should try the other e-mail route.

same problems, even with the reset vouchers. Also for not getting replies either here or on email.

Hi all,

I believe(d) we reactivated all the vouchers that were accidentally cancelled when our system decided to do its job too well. If you have an issue with a convention reward voucher, I highly recommend emailing me at organizedplay[at]paizo[dot]com with the codes and I'll take a look.
