Shade2077, I hope yours are working...mine are STILL not. I e-mailed customer service a day before you did and I have yet to hear back (I've been checking the thread and see that they've still got e-mails dating back to July). I didn't try e-mailing organized play ... at this point, I'd hate to have two different spoons in the pot, so to speak.
Joan H, thanks to all of you for continuing to work on this. Let me know if I should continue to wait or if I should try the other e-mail route.
