Foundation of Faith Cleric...... I'm not seeing it?!

I saw on the archetype review section, that this archetype is a +1 on Power compared to the vanilla cleric.

Now I know that it trades out all channel energy which I know isn't the best ability but does at a minimum provide some free out of combat healing for everyone.

Looking at the FOF, the abilities that it gets largely centre around getting some very limited uses and duration of fast healing.

I really don't see any plus points.... at an optimistic best it is an even trade off. And yes I am factoring in the ability to focus more on CON.

It's for battle clerics. Channel Energy is severely overrated. The number of uses don't scale and dumping Charisma is very viable for Clerics so losing Channel Energy makes that even more appealing. So unless you play with high point buy/lucky stat rolls/good stat arrays, the reduction in the number of good stats you need is a huge plus.

Channeling out of combat for healing becomes completely superfluous because you'll need and want a wand of cure light wounds anyways.

Hmmm... yes I see. I suppose at the least it does provide some additional reward for investing in CON, which is the 1 stat that every class can get good mileage from.

I was looking at it and saw that it stacks with Divine Paragon... I was thinking of a caster cleric build aligned with a decent deity to get the best from Divine Paragon.

It's mostly getting something for nothing in the case of cha-dumped clerics, as mentioned. In addition CMD bonuses are rare, and the abilities have good action economy.

While there's a bunch of good deities for Divine Paragon, Tsukiyo for madness domain shenigans is very strong. (which you prob already knew if you read the archetype reviews)
Ng and Shyka are two of my top choices for Obedience boons, and Deific Obedience should allow you to worship Fey lords even though they have Fey Obedience since the former feat applies to any deity.
