I was browsing the conputer rules and noticed mention of telepathic interfaces. Is there any way (feat, cybernetic/biotech implant) to gain telepathy at least to allow interactions with an appropriately equipped computer?
I could find a Biontech upgrade to allow limited telepathy with an animal but no full telepathy short of a level 5 mystic spell. I can always go with VI goggles but telepathy is less obvious and allows other options that goggles wouldnt.

For the low, low, cost of 220 credits, a technopathy node gives you the equivalent of telepathy, but only with technology built to receive it. Although it doesn't really let you use the computer...more just have it display messages you want? I think?
Alternatively, for 1,600 credits, you can get a mindlink circlet to grant 30 ft of telepathy, which is fairly economical.
Lastly, not sure if this is what you're looking for, but this fancy magical red rock orbits your head and acts as a tier 3 computer with a built-in magical telepathic UI!
(And, just to cover all bases, the plain ol' datajack lets you interact with computers directly, without a UI - although you need to be able to plug into it, so...you're still physically connected.)
There is the spell Telepathy, but I'm fairly sure that knowing the spell wouldn't qualify you for feats.
Divine Blessing of Hylax grants limited telepathy same as Shirren.
Esper Theme brings it online at level 6.
Xenometric Android can swipe it by being like a Shirren or Lashunta.
Asanan Elf also has it.
So yeah. There are a lot of things that having telepathy or limited telepathy qualify a character for. But getting telepathy basically has to be done from character creation. There aren't many options to add it in later.
The Mindlink Circlet would probably be the easiest - though it would take up an equipment slot. And again, having the item probably doesn't qualify your character for any of the feats that require telepathy.
For qualifying for other telepathy feats, Divine Blessing would be nice if you can justify (or houserule away) the Hylax deity requirement.

Ok in order . . .
1) Technopathy is no good as its only send/receive messages not control a computer. All you can do is have the computer dispalay said message. That was the first thing I looked at.
2) Divine blessing is a possability.
3) Esper theme works, I'll look into it further after work to ensure there's nothing I'm missing but I think this is what I want.
4) Mindlink has the same issues as VR goggles being something you need to wear rather than have.
Still the main concern here for me was getting around the limited racial restrictions the character has a mostly complete set up but I like the idea of them being able to telepathically interact with their computer via the telepathy interface rather than needing keyboards/displays/etc. They don't need the other telepathy feats because that's not the area they're going to be dealing with. So while I will need to check later (time to go to work) I think the esper theme is exactly what I'm after. Don't mind the telepathy being delayed till 6th level since it'll take them time to get the resources to set up the computer anyway.
Speaking personally since Esper gives you the limited telepathy as per Lashunta racial trait I don't see why it wouldn't qualify you for telepathic feats if that is what your after.
Thread necromancy; AA4 has Species Graft augmentations. Limited Telepathy is one of the augmentations you can get now.
