Not really. Hurling an grappled enemy isn't a general action, so there's only rules for doing it with a specific feat or ability.
Now, it's certainly possible to improvise actions that don't exist in the rules in this system, but that's all GM discretion, and not a Rules answer.

Not really a throw, but you could consider using the lvl 10 feat "knockback".
The weight of your swing drives your enemy back. You push the foe back 5 feet, with the effects of a successful Shove. You can follow the foe as normal for a successful Shove.
But if you really want to cover larger dinstance, I think that using whirlwind throw is the only way.

It seems like something that might be added into the rules eventually, PF1 had the barbarian rage power Body Bludgeon which let you pick an enemy up and use them as a weapon. And then you had the hurling line of rage powers which let you throw stuff you couldn't normally.
So there's definitely precedent.
But as of right now, nothing official exists.
But I could definitely see this being an option, especially for giant instinct barbarians.

This already exists in a way, with Collateral Thrash.

Well... sort of. The Shove action isn't made any easier by having the target grabbed, and it has directional limits, as written. Those details do make it not that robust as a mechanic to represent some of what I think is desired here.
