Is a single arrow L bulk or is L bulk per 10 arrows?
How much does it cost for cold iron or silver arrows? How much to craft?
How do you figure out crafting for precious materials? Do you pay per 10 arrows or per 4 arrows like a piece of magic ammunition except the arrow is mundane?

Is a single arrow L bulk or is L bulk per 10 arrows?
I've always assumed it was 'per 10 arrows'.
How much does it cost for cold iron or silver arrows? How much to craft?
How do you figure out crafting for precious materials? Do you pay per 10 arrows or per 4 arrows like a piece of magic ammunition except the arrow is mundane?
Precious material arrows are crafted in batches of 10, which are treated as a single 'no bulk' weapon for pricing, which makes this option prohibitively expensive in many cases (40g for 10 low grade cold iron or silver arrows).
Weapons made of precious materials are more expensive and sometimes have special effects. You can make metal weapons out of any of these materials except darkwood, and wooden weapons out of darkwood. To determine the Price of 10 pieces of ammunition, use the base Price for a single weapon, without adding any extra for Bulk.
