Blind Unicorn sorcerer using bloodline arcana

If a unicorn sorcerer has the blinded status effect can they still use their bloodline arcana to heal another friendly player who is actively trying to stay in contact with their sorcerer.

this argument is about whether or not the arcana directly requires sight or if knowing the direct location of their target and having an unbroken line of effect is enough for this effect to work.

Every time you cast a spell, you can restore a number of hit points equal to double the level of the spell you cast to one target of your choice that you can see.

you need to be able to target them and see them. no.

Touch might get around that - you're sensing them directly - but by RAW, no. And simply knowing where they are is right out.

Yeah I'd probably allow it to work if you're touching them, but by RAW it doesn't work.
