Help with spontaneous spell selection

I was hoping to get some help with my character's spell selection. I am leveling my sorcerer from level 4 to level 5. Below is his 4th-level spell list vs. what I want his 5th-level spell list to be:

.
.

Primal Spontaneous Spells @ 4th

2nd (4 slots)
animal form
flaming sphere [SIG]
hideous laughter
shrink

1st (4 slots)
charm
heal [SIG]
pest form
shockwave

At 5th-level, I'd like to have the following spells:

Primal Spontaneous Spells @ 5th

3rd (3 slots)
animal vision
enthrall
flaming sphere [SIG]

2nd (4 slots)
animal form
heal [SIG]
hideous laughter
shrink

1st (4 slots)
charm [SIG]
grease
pest form
shockwave

(Assume none of the cantrips change.)

How many free swaps do I get, and how many others would I need to retrain? Between the free spells at level up, free swap each level, and ability to change signature spell, every time I try to figure it out I just end up mentally spinning out.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

One swap. Put Heal at 3rd level and make it a signature spell. Unless there's a reason to have Flaming Sphere at third level instead of second.

Since heal and flaming sphere are both signature spells it makes no difference to swap them...or did I get somethring wrong?

In the future, it may make a difference. Like if he wants to swap Flaming Sphere for Fireball.
