So I'm looking for tales, novels, and extra reading material about the Svirfneblin. I have even read the "Into the darkness" and "Gnomes of Golorian" but it seems pitifully less compared to what was offered compared to their cousins. I like characters with rich backgrounds and since we are running an actual Pathfinder guild adventure from Miregold Manor in Karcau, I want to know more about the darklands. That is where I fell in love with the Svirfneblin. However, there is not many details on them compared to gnomes in general. I've found more about them from forgotten realms and their lack of presence in pathfinder surprises me. I would greatly appreciate it if I can find more on their history, lifestyles, and enemies like the court of Ether from my knowledgeable paizo folks. Thank you for your time.
Material seems to be thin indeed - likely no major writer has adopted them as their "pet race" yet. When it comes to lore, Pathfinderwiki is usually a good starting point:
Inner Sea Races has half a paragraph on them:
some gnomes embraced life underground and called themselves svirfneblin. Where their kin above had to struggle to find continued meaning and stimulation, the svirfneblin combated the Bleaching by adopting a different obsession: the defense of their new home. Despite being among the friendlier of the Darklands’ inhabitants, these gray-skinned gnomes are comparably dour and pragmatic, sometimes even violent if a traveler stumbles upon their hidden settlements. However, they might also share Darklands knowledge with outsiders, if only to stir up trouble with their ancestral foes.

Thanks you but man indeed these are definitely scraps. So it takes one of big wigs to write about them to be a feature in a companion? Booooo...the last book gnomes was made in 2010 and advance was 2012. Sigh...well I wonder if there are tales about the darklands. I could perhaps find something?
Perhaps there's some more information in the Ironfang Invasion AP. A Svirfneblin NPC is introduced in Book 1, and the PCs journey through the Darklands in Book 4.
