I am very confused about how focus pool increases.
Here is my example
I am a Druid (starts with 1 focus point) and eventually I take these feats
Sorcerer Dedication
Basic Bloodline Spell which states " If you don’t already have one, you also gain a focus pool of 1 Focus Point "
Advanced Bloodline "Increase the number of Focus Points in your focus pool by 1."
Would this mean my character would have 2 or 3 focus points? Originally I thought I would just have 2 but after reading the example in "Focus Points from Multiple Sources" it seems like maybe I would have 3.

The rules seem to be contradictory. Here are the rules that I found and they don't seem to match.
Focus Points from Multiple Sources
" It’s possible, especially through archetypes, to gain focus spells and Focus Points from more than one source. If this happens, you have just one focus pool, adding all the Focus Points together to determine the total size of your pool. (Remember that the maximum number of Focus Points a pool can have is 3.) If you have multiple abilities that give you a focus pool, each one adds 1 Focus Point to your pool. For instance, if you were a cleric with the Domain Initiate feat, you would have a pool with 1 Focus Point. Let’s say you then took the champion multiclass archetype and the Healing Touch feat. Normally, this feat would give you a focus pool. Since you already have one, it instead increases your existing pool’s capacity by 1. "
The Healing Touch feat says " You gain the appropriate devotion spell for your cause (lay on hands for the paladin, redeemer, and liberator). If you don’t already have one, you gain a focus pool of 1 Focus Point, which you can Refocus by praying or serving your deity. "
Going by the feat it states "If you don't already have on you gain a Focus Point", but the general rule examples says they do gain a focus point.

The rules aren't contradictory, but they are complicated. The best approach to understand them is to take things one step at a time rather than trying to grasp the whole process at once.
Step 1: Druids get a Focus Pool of one Focus Point as part of their Druidic Order class feature.
Current total: 1 Focus Point
Step 2: Basic Bloodline Spell states that "If you don’t already have one, you also gain a focus pool of 1 Focus Point." You do already have a Focus Pool so you don't gain a second Focus Pool with 1 point. Instead, the general rules tell you that you add 1 Focus Point to your already existing Focus Pool. (Just like the Healing Touch example that you cited.)
Current total: 2 Focus Points
Step 3: Advanced Bloodline states that you "Increase the number of Focus Points in your focus pool by 1." So you get one more Focus Point.
Current total: 3 Focus Points
So you end up with 3 Focus Points at the end of this process. Your Focus Pool can't be increased any more.
Thanks for the info. Sounds like it is easier to get focus points than I thought.
The wording is just very confusing. Since when a player is reading through the feats the wording sounds like you wouldn't get a focus point, it requires thorough reading of the rules which I am sure a lot of players wouldn't even do.
I just feels like they could be written simpler. I made a reddit post and 2 people answered that I wouldn't gain a focus points. So sounds like there is a lot of confusion.

Yeah it's a mess and they spent WAY too many words in the book on it.
It essentially works like this: If some feature grants you a Focus Spell, you gain a Focus Point Pool with 1 Point. If you already have a Focus Point Pool, increase your Pool by 1 Point to a maximum of 3 Focus Points.
PF2 layout is not great for searching for rules. Love the game and it's pretty straight forward once you know the rules but damn if you need something specific to search use nethys cause the book really is hard to use.
