Ah hahaha I must have tried deleting it right as baggageboy posted his reply. Had found the Divine Tracker, but didn't know about the Temple Champion. Thanks to you both!
Haha that happened to me once. I clicked on a thread (can't remember the title) just as the OP deleted it. It became my thread =P
I wouldn't be surprised if there are one or two more archetypes out there, but I don't know any others.
There's a feat for that. War blessing, works for oracles and clerics.
Nice. Do you think the Tempered Champion can take that feat? They technically have the "Domain Granted Power" ability, but it's close.
Interesting...it works with Inquisitors too. And I'm sure there are other classes that get domains (heck, a Sacrament Alchemist or whatever they're called get domain powers when they imbibe their special mutagen)
Technically, anyone can get a domain with VMC Cleric.
That's also a good point! Although many of the blessings aren't upgrades over the domain powers. On the other hand, it's a great way, for instance, to have VMC Cleric for something like the Luck or Protection/Defense domain and then War Blessing for something like the Trickery blessing which is essentially the same as the domain power.
Yeah since I found out about the War Blessing feat yesterday (thanks avr), I'm thinking of taking it for my cleric in our backup game - Charm blessing is an amazing defensive buff to chuck on the front-liner at the beginning of a fight.
Wow that feat is cool
Does a Ravenor Hunter Inquisitor qualify for it?
They give up the domain for a Mystery of sorts
Charged by Nature wrote: Rather than having a deity patron, a ravener hunter is charged by spirits to eradicate evil wherever it appears. At 1st level, a ravener hunter chooses an oracle mystery from the following list: ancestor, battle, flame, heavens, life, lunar, nature, solar, stone, time, volcano, waves, wind, or wood. She gains one revelation from her chosen mystery. She must meet the revelation’s prerequisites, using her inquisitor level as her effective oracle level to determine the revelation’s effects, and she never qualifies for the Extra Revelation feat. The ravener hunter gains a second revelation from her chosen mystery at 8th level.
This ability replaces domain.
I don't think so, since it doesn't say that they gain the Mystery class feature. So amusingly it might be worth going Ravener Hunter VMC cleric in order to gain these features.
