As the title.
Spider Climb
"Tiny clinging hairs sprout across the creature's hands and feet, offering purchase on nearly any surface. The target gains a climb Speed equal to its Speed."
A similar question could be asked about Climb Speed generally, as well as Burrow Speed, Fly Speed, and Swim Speed, perhaps.
(Closest thread I found was here, but never conclusively argued.)
Climbing says it requires "both hands free" unlike Burrow, Fly, or Swim.
So, what do folks think?
Cheers.

Apparently not.
Most previous editions had this same issue w/ the spell, making it difficult to use. Unfortunately that still seems true by your links.
Climb Speed directly references being like an automatic Success w/ the Climb action, which as you noted requires free hands.
Combat Climber states climbers usually need to use both legs too.
Slippers of Spider Climbing: "...you gain a 20-foot climb Speed and you don’t need to use your hands to Climb."
The "and" makes me think typically you do need to use your hands to climb.
I wish I could remember it, dang it, but I believe there's a monster that specifically calls out it can climb with its hands free.
Monks w/ Wall Run are taking Stride actions, not Climb, so they're fine.
Raging Athlete is looking a bit less awesome though, unless using Animal Instinct I suppose.
And now I have to wonder what requirements there are when you stop on a wall. Does climbing occupy your hands while on a wall, but not moving? Both legs so that no kicks allowed? What constitutes a sufficient support (which I assume will always be GM adjudication)?
Hmm.
