Unarmed Combat + Natural Attacks

With the Improved Unarmed Strike Feat, are you allowed to attack with kicks, and elbows?

AKA I want to do a full attack of 3 iterative unarmed strikes, can I then do 2 (secondary) claw attacks with my hands, if I hit them with my legs?

I know I can do 3 iterative attacks with 1 hand, and claw with the other

You can. You don't even need IUS to do that.

You didn't specify how you get your 3 unarmed strikes, but it looks like you are golden. You don't need hands to make Unaremd Strikes, so you can totally make your 2 Claw Attacks with your hands and make your Unarmed Strikes with other things.

Those iterative attacks are nothing special, just BAB of 15 and IUS

3 IUS +15/+10/+5
2 Secondary Claw Attacks at 0.5 Str +10

You could get another one if you took 2 weapon fighting so ti would be

+13/+11/+8/+3

I obviously don't know your exact character, but unless your strength is super low or something, combining both is mathematically notably better (come 6th level).

So your focus is on the unarmed strikes: adding Natural Attacks to your Unarmed Full Attack and not adding unarmed attacks to your Naturl Full Attack. Then, yeah, that's fine.
