Ok guys i need your help calculating CR for a monster i am trying to make.
I will list all the things that will go into the monster.

Demon lord Trairs

Magus and antipaladin gestalt level 20
Nightmare cauchamur mount
A minor artifact falchion that can stop regeneration.
This lady will be the end boss to a campaign i am building.
The gestalt classes and Mythic Tiers probably equal around 26, which is the minimum for the Demon Lord traits, and adding Demon Lord traits doesn't say it actually increases the CR.
The mount and artifact sword are probably worth +1.
The way it is all going to synergize with a Succubus is probably worth another +1.

You would think the traits would add something though lol if you were to guess, how much would that add? I mean the resistances and the spell like ability to 100% success rate... so do you think the cr would be a minimum of 30?
Demon Lord traits are strong, and I was surprised that they didn't increase the CR like templates do.
I can easily see the Demon Lord traits raising the CR to 30, Demon Lord traits are stronger than some of the +2 templates out there.
Stat block please
From what you described a CR rating is pointless. The reason for a CR rating is to determine XP. If this is the end boss of a campaign it does not matter.
Mythic tiers add +1 CR per 2 tiers, so +5 for that, Class levels add +1 per level with gestalt adding an addition +2, so +22 for levels. Consider the mount to be the anitpaladins divine bond so nothing for that. The artifact could be considered PC level wealth by level so an additional +1. That puts it to 36 before the demon lord abilities. The demon lord abilities don’t give a direct CR adjustment they simply set a minimum which this creature exceeds. In all honesty the demon lord abilities don’t add much that the character cannot already get from other abilities.
