Martial flexibility and Attribute requirements

Rules Questions

Now I understand Martial flexibility requires you to meet requirements that are feats but, do you have to also meet other requirements such as Intelligence.

Lore Warden gets Combat Expertise for free, now if I use Martial flexibility to pick up something like Improved Trip, do I need to meet that Intelligence Prerequisite?

"The brawler must meet all the feat’s prerequisites." 'all', not some.

Brawler’s Cunning (Ex)
If the brawler’s Intelligence score is less than 13, it counts as 13 for the purpose of meeting the prerequisites of combat feats.

That lets a brawler meet any intelligence requirement up to 13. In general, yes you need to fulfill every requirement for any feat you want to use with Martial Flexibility. That means you can't skip level, BAB, or ability, or other requirements. Brawlers just happen to have a class ability that lets you act like you have a 13 int.
