A couple days ago we played the second mission of are home game
We got TPK do the enemy having an AC of 32 and only the Arcanist with a wand of magic middle could damage him.
We were level 4 and he was level 8
So I,m considering a back up character
Thinking Half Elf Crit Fisher
I'd like to be a full Bab class
Have at least 4 skill points per level
Gain feats through said class
Either dual Wield Thornblade and leaf Blade or two Wakizashi
Or 2H a Falcion
I am looking to deal Heavy Damage
I How ever would prefer not to deal in sneak attack.
I am ok with dipping for a level or 2 to start but have no plan to do long term multi - classing

This is a subject you've asked about more than a few times. Here's the last time and my answer. Just swap the names 'falcata' and 'wakizashi'. Get the lethal grace talent in place of something later on if you want even more damage.
Edit: given the last TPK, you might consider something else with abilities which can hit extreme ACs, like a two-weapon feint build. Or a true strike wand wielder magus build, but that falls outside your preferred weapon use criteria.

Another option is a Str-focused ranger (with 15 or 16 Dex, depending on ability score generation):
1st- Two Weapon Fighting
2nd- Combat Style (Double Slice)
3rd- Endurance; feat
4th- 1st level spells (with 12+ Wis) for lead blades*
5th- feat
6th- Combat Style (Improved Two-Weapon Fighting)
7th- feat
8th
9th- Improved Critical
10th- Combat Style (Two-Weapon Rend)
*- for wielding two leaf blades after having enlarge person cast on them (1d6 -> 1d8 with enlarge person -> 2d6 with both enlarge person and lead blades); pick up effortless lace to reduce the added penalty of TWF with two one-handed weapons
