Order 13854269

I placed an order for the 2e GMG on February 17th, received an email that it was "about to ship" the following day and my card was charged, but haven't gotten any updates since then.

There's also a lot information missing for this particular order in my order history compared to orders I've made in the past. It's showing status=Complete for zero items at $0.00, which certainly doesn't seem right to me.

While it does look like there was a technical issue that impacted your order, it appears the order did ship successfully on February 18th. Has this order still not arrived? Hi Sam,

The order still has not arrived, UPS never updated the tracking number so I don't know if it was lost or stolen or what, but it never arrived, so I'm still without the book.

This is the same issue I had invdrzim13. Right down to the same dates, and the non updated tracking #.

Hopefully it gets resolved soon for everyone affected, because this definitely sucks but if UPS messed it up all we can do it wait for Paizo to fix the problem.
