Between see invisibility spells, a few creatures with constant see invisibility, and creatures with other senses to target you with than their sight, it's something you'll probably encounter. It isn't something you'll encounter in every creature.
Definitely not going to bother counting my way through the Bestiary.

In PF2, I think there's actually less risk of relying on invisibility I alone, since you will want to supplement it with decent stealth skill, to avoid creatures successfully seeking you by sound.

I count 9 creatures with See Invisibility, 7 of which have it as a Constant ability.
In addition to that, it appears that all Dragons have it as one of their spells.
On top of that, there are 19 creatures with True Seeing, 18 of which have it Constant.
Again, all Dragons also have this on their list.
I'm not entirely clear whether True Seeing lets you see Invisible things or not, as several creatures have both abilities, and if True Seeing lets you see Invisible things, that seems redundant.
The spell wording makes it seem like the source of the Invisibility would be important, as if you had non-Illusion based Invisibility, it definitely wouldn't work. It also requires a secret Counteract check, so overall it seems to be much weaker at seeing Invisibility than See Invisibility.

If the invisibility has been heightened, it has a better chance of getting past True Seeing than getting past See Invisibility. However, with only See Inbisibility, the invisible creature is still concealed to you.
Additionally, remember that if the True Seeing is a higher level effect than the invisibility spell, it will only fail to counteract if the check is a critical failure.

If you were to slap on Nondetection on top of the Invisibility then would only the Nondetection level matter?

Someone on these boards already did a thorough analysis of all the creatures in the Bestiary and all of their various special senses. I'll see if I can track down the thread.
EDIT: Found it.
