My order for these two products seem to be cursed, this is the second time I'm having issues with them. Tracking on this order does not seem to be working at all.

Occasionally, UPS will miss the origin scan on a package and cause it to be untrackable. Were you able to receive your replacements? If not please let me know and I'd be happy to assist further!

I've asked my US office to confirm if the replacement shipment has arrived as I'm not seeing anything logging in under that tracking number

I've checked with my US office, they only have my latest shipment noted as checking in. They can't locate the any parcel with the tracking number provided.
