This is in general not advice because I'm no longer looking for help building it. This is what I'm going with my wrath game and where I want to go. I'm just posting it so those who helped me can see what my final decisions are. Of course I'll probably die at level 1 but I'm happy with this. I still need to sort out Mythic choices and gear for later levels but that's more situational and dependant on what happens in game.

Would just like to point out that with the Bloodline Familiar, your familiar also gets the Spell Catalyst feature, unless you are just simply picking familiar as your Arcane Bond from the arcane bloodline... though without any actual spells of your own, it really doesn’t make any significant difference...

I did pick familiar as the arcane bond from the arcane bloodline granted by Eldritch Heritage. I didn't think Spell Catalyst applied as it was a rogue with no spells to actually cast. I suppose a case could be made they have the ability even if they have no way to use it but either way its not really worth including and that's assuming they even get it given they have no spellcasting ability.

It may not matter to you that much but the trait House of Green Mothers Pupil counts as iron will for the familiar bond feat. It still takes 2 feats to get a full familiar but it would let you have the weaker familiar at 1st level. If the familiar you've picked is small (eg. goat, wallaby, peafowl) then you can also start using it as a flanking partner right away.
Since you're looking at taking eldritch heritage at 3rd level anyway all you're really doing is spending a trait in order to have a familiar at levels 1 and 2.
