Alchemist Archetype Extracts part of "Spell List"?

Rules Questions

In the Ultimate Magic book, many of the archetypes have new features that add spells to the alchemist's formula book as an Xth level extract, and all have the same wording. An example being the Clone Master...

Quote:
At 7th level, a clone master adds lesser simulacrum to his formula book as a 3rd-level extract.

By the wording, does this mean:

1) The alchemist considers this spell to be among their "extract/spell list" or "spells known" for the purpose of being able to copy the spell from a wizard's spellbook or from scrolls?

2) If are not considered part of the alchemist's extract/spell list, would the alchemist just be unable to ever get that extract/spell back if their formula book is lost or destroyed?

3) Lastly, if these spells are considered part of the alchemist's extracts/spells known, would this modify the alchemist's "class ability/feature" in such a way that this archetype wouldn't stack with other archetypes that do the same [1]?

On the basis that losing your formula book shouldn't lose you a class feature forever, I'd say yes to 1 & therefore 3 and no to 2.

Liberty's Edge

1: Yes, and at 7th you automatically add it to your formula book w/o needing a scroll or spellbook with it.
2: N/A
3: No, adding something to your 'spell list' does not modify the spellcasting (or any other) class ability.

Thank you for the replies. I was figuring that the RAI for the archetype doesn't mean to deprive a class of their fancy new spell, especially when removing features such as their bombs or mutagens. Just wanted to make sure though.

I'll admit I'm more concerned over #3. Been trying to brainstorm fun/quirky archetype interactions to stat out.
I know that, according to the FAQ ruling, that two archetypes that do something as simple as add/alter class skills don't stack. Nowhere I've looked has mentioned how adding spells to a class's spell list would be treated.

If archetypes add spells and that doesn't cause a conflict, that means archetypes such as Vivisectionist that only replace the "Bomb" class feature can combine with almost any other alchemist archetype?

As long as they don't modify the Bomb class feature, then yes.
