Disabling Prehensile Hair

Advice

Out of curiosity (and revenge), does anyone know of a way to temporarily disable or 'disarm' a witch of their prehensile hair?

In my current campaign, I have a fellow player playing as a sylph witch (female) and I am playing a gnome gunslinger that likes their guns a bit too much. Anyways, the witch decided to take away one of his guns temporarily (which was well deserved) and he is now plotting revenge.

So far, I have come up with a plan (yet to be GM approved) to get two Rings of Featherfall (one of which will become a Ring of Clumsiness) for screwing her over in combat. And then, give the witch a Ring of Regeneration (or get a dagger that hurts going in and heals when leaving the body), tie her down, and do some sweet vengeful torturing. The only problem with that plan is of course, the prehensile hair.

Does anyone have any idea on how to stop her from being able to use the hair for a short amount of time? My character would like to merely tamper with her and show her not to mess with a gnome's guns, without crippling her completely. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Here's a question: why do you think a torture and borderline rape of another PC would ever be GM approved in the first place?

Make a poison that stuns for a number of rounds.

If you are wanting to just screw with her, do subtle things. The events you are describing are quite extreme, even if your personality is evil and obsessive. If you have a REALLY low wisdom score, I could perhaps see it, but your character should have simple common sense to recognize it deserved what they got so as to not go so extreme.

Subtle ideas:
At night, rearrange her gear. Move it slightly 1 inch from where it was. Quietly drag her out of her tent into the open night air (give her a blanket!).
Insult things that are personal to her (e.g. people with strange abilities, long hair, familiars, witches).
Steal back your gun without her knowing and feign ignorance.
Put a slightly muddy footprint on her bedroll when she's communing with her familiar, but make it look like her own footprint so she can't blame you.
