It seems you have most of the character mapped out, but she seems rather dry. Maybe dry is what you are going for, but I'd like to give her some quirks. Why the eye patch? Did she lose the eye? Maybe it's just a different color than her other eye and she uses the patch to hide this. Why does she enjoy gambling so much if she only goes for sure things? Does she just like money? Does she need the money for something important? Why not get a more stable job than adventuring?
What does she do to unwind? Does she enjoy a good drink or a certain type of food? Is she really into some form of entertainment, like opera or the arena? What kind of person is she attracted to? What are her friends like? What do her friends think of her?
What is she most self-conscious about? Does she think she's too short, tall, pale, dark, thin or fat? Does she like herself?
