Does this spell contribute to your MAP? It doesn't appear it would since it doesnt have the Attack trait, but just looking for confirmation.

I'd say no

In combat, the illusion can use 2 actions per turn, which it uses when you Sustain the Spell.

If it were to make 2 strikes with its 2 actions then MAP would apply to the second, but it has its own actions so it wouldn't affect yours.

Could it somehow not be affected by MAP to itself? It doesn't indicate it would anywhere?

Unless the book states otherwise, why would it be an exception to MAP?

Usually spells say if they are affected by MAP (ie. Spiritual weapon) that's why. I guess it's just to be assumed it's affected even if it isn't explicitly stated.

Without the Attack tag, spells don't impact your MAP.

It doesn't impact your MAP, but it is functionally a creature using the strike action, so it should have its own MAP. Similar to a summoned monster really.

Yes, I belive this to be correct.
