Esoteric Polymath suggestions

I was considering to get one of these situational spells for Esoteric Polymath, I was thinking about spells like Resist Energy, Tongues, Fairie Fire, See Invisibility. Which one of these would you all recommend or if there is a better one please let me know. Would Fly fall into this category or is that one I should know without Esoteric Polymath?

Is it just for a hypothetical character or is he fit in a party?

If so, are there any other spellcasters?
By considering your team mates you could eventually decide to take something other classes couldn't do.

Ya my party consists of a Barbarian (Dragon), Wild Order Druid/Fighter MC (strictly for AOO), Theif Rogue and myself the Bard. As you can see it's very melee heavy and I'm basically the only caster as the Druid morphs into animals/dinos.

Resist energy could be also given by druid before a fight, so I wouldn't choose it.

Feary fire is also on the druid list, but since it is needed to be cast during combat, could be a nice choice since he will be polymorphed ( unless very bad stuff or healings needed i guess ).

See invisibility is personal, and can be useful in some situations. However, it wouldn't be my first choice.

Tongues is one of the spells is love, and it is always good to have, especially on a class with social skills and high Charisma.

What are the requirements for that feat? I mean, you can take any spell from the occult list you don't know, add it to the book and then swap freely one of them during daily preparations?
Are there spell level restrictions due to the bard class?

Ya that's basically it, yes restricted to Occult list from my knowledge.
