Kind of disheartening being able to use only either Nudge Fate or Evil Eye once per combat before your able to acquire refocus at level 12. Would have been nice to see one of those become cantrips (instead of focus spells) and have the enemy immune for 24hrs.
Actually it shows Nudge Fate has a duration of sustained up to a minute. How does this work? Will the enemy have to re-roll for 1 attack roll or saving throw etc each round for a full minute if you decide to cackle to keep it going? If so that's pretty awesome.

Don't forget that your familiar can also potentially give you an extra point per day!

Nudge Fate only works once, you have to sustain it until it is actually used, either by an ally taking the fortune effect, or an enemy taking a misfortune roll.
It's safest to use as a fortune boost to an ally's attack roll, so you don't have to blow a cackle action, just cast and forget it as they'll use it up on their next turn. Once you've used that up for the day and everyone's immune you can try things like misfortune on an enemy's attack roll (very likely to happen next round unless they're a spell caster) or a save (something your party can trigger if you have an allied spellcaster, otherwise you'll have to cackle one action to cast a follow up spell yourself).
