Trouble Reaching Paizo Customer Service

I'm still getting the auto-response when I email customer service.

In it there's a paragraph
"If you have an urgent matter that requires customer service intervention, such as a pending order or subscription that needs to be cancelled or suspended before it ships, we recommend giving us a call Monday-Friday 10am-5pm PST."

Today I called at least four times an hour from the time they opened until the time they closed.

Each time I called, I get sent to voicemail. Now I'm getting the "sorry but you called outside of business hours" recording.

Has anyone else been able to reach anyone from customer service?

Today is a holiday in the US. They probably weren't in the office.


Phone has been working for me in the last week or two.

FWIW, I generally call mid-late afternoon and rarely get sent to voicemail.


Still no luck. It rings four times, then I get sent to voicemail.
