SO Thanks to @ First person Shooter I Found the Coin Shot spell.
(I've Volunteered to be the next GM)
Going to be Running a Homebrew Guild Game
and I am planning a Unchained Eldritch Scoundrel who will Prestige in to Arcane Trickster. and will have a Gimmick of using the coin Shot spell
(he will also carry a sword-cane ) I want him to a Goof ball who can be called upon to kick butt if need be)
I am how ever unsure of race and Feats
I am considering human as i know Archery style builds need all the feats they can get. but I Kinda want to build him as a non-human
Feats I guess PBS and Point Blanks shot are a must but unsure of the rest
Trying to keep a theme like his One rogue talent is Black market connections and his Rogue edge is Appraise

Rapid shot might be the next feat on the list, but with a magical sneak attack thrown weapon build there's 30+ feats you could use. I am not exaggerating. You could make the character out of level dips like a Scott Wilhelm build (the right dips give an absurd amount of feats) and still not get them all.
As an NPC who is not likely to be an enemy they don't have to have the same level as the PCs which might help with making them effective.

What meta magic can effect coin shot to make it more versatile?
Any good traits that would be good for his theme?

He won't have spare feats for metamagic.
Besides the feats named, one of the style chains (startoss or lantern), or false opening and its prereqs, or ranged feint and others required to make feint work, or extra rogue talent (possibly multiple times), or ... y'know, just pick one of those, that's enough options to be going on with.
Dealmaker or dusk market bribery or strong arm, supple wrist might be worth looking at.

1: PBS
1: Precise shot
3: Rapid Shot
5: ??? - Do I need Accomplished sneak attacker I kinda want him to have more than a couple levels in arcane trickster

Realizing that you are shooting to hit Touch AC, Precise Shot actually isn't a priority. Nice to have sure, but not really as needed as it is with other shooting types of PCs.
My first three feats were Improved Init., Accomplished Sneak Attacker, and Point Blank Shot (From the Rogue Talent: Combat Trick).
I've found that going first seems much more important. Catching the bad guy flatfooted means they don't count their dex to AC - which will give them something like a Touch AC of 10. A high Dex with +1 for a gold coin (or better) and +1 for Point Blank and you're going to be shooting at something like +8 to hit.
I don't have my books in front of me, what does Unchained Eldritch Scoundrel do for this build?
as to race - I could easily see this guy being a Tiefling... and at higher level having Fiend Sight twice. Shooting from the darkness and adding in his sneak dice...
