You're already looking in the right place. That's the definition, on page 465, under the heading Darkvision and Greater Darkvision. Darkvision with the ability to see through magical darkness that stops normal Darkvision is it.

A creature with darkvision or greater darkvision can see perfectly well in areas of darkness and dim light, though such vision is in black and white only. Some forms of magical darkness, such as a 4th-level darkness spell, block normal darkvision. A creature with greater darkvision, however, can see through even these forms of magical darkness.

This seems like mostly just a rename for the 'see in darkness' ability. It will likely be on the same kinds of creatures.
For now, there will be few ways to get it. However, I am sure that more spells and race feats will come in the future (I know tieflings could get it in PF1 with racial feats, and it would not surprise me if that comes up again given the heavy focus on those feats now).
