Bard dedication and versatile signature

Rules Discussion

Hi there,

I am trying to make a character with bard dedication, and I happened to find versatile signature feat.

My question is, when does a dedicated bard get his signature spell perk?

It seems that I will be able to chose the feat which enhances it by lvl 8, but still I am unable to figure out from where the base perk comes off.

Bard (and sorcerer) don't grant any signature spells. It's a known issue with those archetypes and may or may not be fixed in a future update.

The class bard gets Signature spells at level 3. But the bard dedication (and sorcerer) don't grant signature spells, so Versatile Signature is useless for MC bards as of now.

As Blave said, this is a bit weird and will maybe (hopefully) get fixed. Spontaneous MC casters without signature spells are a bit underwhelming.

A bit underwhelming is way too nice to state the current situation.
