So while looking at the Eldritch Scion Magus archetype, and the Primalist Bloodrager archetype, I realized, the Eldritch Scion technically has all the class features necessary to archetype it with the Primalist archetype.
Yeah, it’s probably not raw, and definitely not rai, but it works.
But are there any other possible combinations like this across the game?
I’m basically looking for weird interactions here, so anything goes, even third party.

Yeah there are a bunch. Most hybrid classes steal class features from both parent classes, so archetypes of the parent classes often "work" for the hybrid class (and maybe vice versa?). There have been a few threads asking if you can do this (I know you're not asking that), they might have some good combos for youbif you can find them.

You could certainly homebrew something to emulate those types of archetypes. For Primalist Eldritch Scio I'm not sure how it would work as you dont have a Bloodrage.
As for others, I have heard it for Ninja and Samurai (since they are alt classes) and for Unchained Classes using archetypes for the original (U. Monk doesn't work but the rest do work).

A couple of bard archetypes alter bardic performances only. Several other classes get bardic performance via an archetype. OK, that's off limits by RAW but still, the thought is fun. A few other bard archetypes only alter stuff that skalds also get. Who can get masterpieces is very unclear.
Then there's fun questions like 'can blood arcanists benefit from bloodline mutations?' and what exactly does 'have the draconic bloodline' that draconic disciple requires mean, in a world where crossblooded, eldritch heritage and other weirdness exist.
Similarly the question of exactly which classes can take the animal/terrain domains mentioned under druids.

Not exactly what you are implying at first (using abilities gained from an archetype to "pay" for another), but other ways to use archetypes nonetheless.
Genius Games got out "archetype packages", a while ago. You can find them on d20pfsrd. Succintly, it allows for archetypes that can be given to any class, exchanging different packages each time.
I started getting my own out here (Link)

Ey, you linked that thread! Have you come up with any more package archetype ideas lately?
