If I have a Persona Mask which gives a +1 to Performance when singing, and I try to Demoralize (Versatile Performance) an enemy using Intimidating Glare how would that work? Would I be able to use the +1 bonus from the mask or would I need to be 'dancing' instead of 'singing'.

I would say you can't use it while trying to use intimidating glare, because intimidating glare causes it to lose the auditory trait and gain the visual trait.
