New to PF2 and was looking in to ranger two weapon fighting today. The Impossible Flurry feat/action would it be at 10 or 6 with a Flurry Hunters Edge? I assume 6 but the base rules max at 10 so I wanted to double check. thanks!
Impossible Flurry? It would be at -2 with agile weapons and -4 without agile, because the Flurry edge upgrades at lvl 17.

The main important detail here is that the maximum penalty isn't "-10" it's "what you have after 2 attacks".
Currently the worst case of that penalty is -10, but that's a result of the rule, not a definition of it.
