Wow! An 8+ year NECRO of an old thread.

More on point, I myself use the first page of a regular calculating Fillable PDF Sheet for my Animal Companions. I ignore the 2nd and 3rd page as irrelevant. A two sheet, non-fillable PDF sheet is a non-starter for me (personally speaking).
