Solarain Questions -
1) Is there a way for the Solarain to become 'attuned' outside combat?
Hoping to use a couple of the Solarain Revelations outside combat and a lot of them give more/better benefits if the Solarain is attuned.
2) Revelation: Stellar Rush, allows the solarain to 'charge' as a standard action (sort of).
Situation: Solarain has a 40' movement and wants to use Jump Jets as part of his move (to fly/jump over 20' of difficult terrain as part of the movement) to get to the target that's 75' away, is this doable?

"When you’re not in combat, you can’t enter a stellar mode. This ability manifests only in high-stakes situations, when your training takes over and connects your mind to the universe. There needs to be some risk to you for your stellar mode to activate, so you must be facing a significant enemy (see page 242). If there’s any doubt about whether you’re in combat or able to access your stellar mode, the GM decides. This also means that your stellar mode might end before what was previously a dangerous battle is over, once all that remains are dregs that don’t pose a real threat to you. "
So, I could see a GM declaring a *very* dangerous, high stakes non-combat event being sufficient to let you enter a stellar mode. That would of course be up to the GM, however if you were, for example, getting sucked out of an airlock and face certain death if you can't gain an ability granted by attunement I would encourage you to lobby the GM to let it work.

Not sure if you're already aware, but it hasn't come up here yet so : if all you want to do is use certain revelations out of combat... You usually can. Just not for long at a time, and without the attunement benefits.
As per the last bit of the revelation text : You can use stellar revelations both in and out of combat, but since you can’t enter a stellar mode outside of battle, any revelation that lasts for 1 round or as long as you’re in a stellar mode lasts only 1 round if you’re not in combat.
