They are slowed 1 until the end of your next turn. The fort save to avoid being slowed is equal to your class DC, meaning if your key ability is Str as a champion, it's 10+str+class proficiency
The target must succeed at a Fortitude save against your class DC or be slowed 1 until the end of your next turn.

As a champion, I could access to it by taking "Divine Blade" as Divine Ally.
I noticed that the spiked gloves applies slow on a failed ST.
Here's the question.
How do i calculate the cd for the slow?
lvl + weapon expertise + stat ( STR or DEX, depends what I am using ) +10?
Away from resources at the moment but I want to say it’s 10 + Weapon Proficiency + Stat as a DC, so I think you have it right.

Nope, it'd be their Class DC as stated in the weapon specialisation text.

Ah that’s what I get for trying when I’m not at a resource. It makes sense since weapon specialization is a class ability.
