1) In the content of In the Company of Dragons by Rite Publishing, there is a feat called Belly of the Beast where the character may swallow a snatched character as if they had the swallow whole ability. My question here is where does this description of how the feat works collide with normal grapple and swallow whole?
For example, normal swallow whole goes
Grapple w/ bite ---> grappled character fails to break grapple ---> go to swallow grappled creature as if pinning
Based off the feat description, is it saying that the character can snatch and then immediately attempt to swallow the snatched creature?
Also, do the RAW make it that the character can only use the feat itself when using snatch, meaning to use the feat in question you have to make an attack roll, hit, roll for grapple as apposed to just grappling the target?
2) Belly of the Beast also states that you must be at least large sized to gain it, but snatch required at least huge. Is this just an oversight or is there some way this material intends for you to gain snatch another way that I'm just missing?
Any insight will be well appreciated!

I'm not able to look at the feat, so I don't know if there is any clue in how it's worded. But based on your description.
1. It is possible to trigger snatch off of a bite attack. So, the sequence would be as follows.
Make an attack with a bite attack
Snatch states, that if the attack is successful you can immediately make a free grapple attempt as per grab.
Grab says you can either conduct the grapple normally or take a penalty to not be treated as grappled yourself. Either way you roll a free grapple check after resolving the damage for your bite attack. If you beat their CMD you now have them grappled.
Wait until next turn.
Swallow whole states that the creature must start with the grappled condition in your mouth. Then you can attempt a pin attempt in order to swallow it, provided said creature is at least one size category smaller than the swallower.
There is no way to swallow a creature on the same turn that you grab it using swallow whole because of the way the ability is worded.
2. It's probably an error but since I don't have the book I don't know. There is the feat Hefty Brute, but so far as I can tell it doesn't apply when it comes to meeting pre-requisites for feats. It's possible that the book includes a feat or feature that is similar or otherwise allows you to gain the snatch feat in a way that bypasses or alters the size requirement.

Then allow me to put word for word what it says:
Prerequisites: Breath weapon, snatch, size Large or greater
A snatched opponent held in your mouth can be swallowed as if you possessed the swallow whole ability. In your stomach the opponent suffers the damage normally dealt by your breath weapon each round (no save).
