Corrupting Touch (Su)
All ghosts gain this incorporeal touch attack. By passing part of its incorporeal body through a foe’s body as a standard action, the ghost inflicts a number of d6s equal to its CR in damage. This damage is not negative energy—it manifests in the form of physical wounds and aches from supernatural aging. Creatures immune to magical aging are immune to this damage, but otherwise the damage bypasses all forms of damage reduction. A Fortitude save halves the damage inflicted.

affect a devil at all. I'm guessing not since devils don't age but I couldn't find an actual source to confirm this.

Immunity to aging seems pretty uncommon. I don't see anything in Bestiary 1 with it (in fact, neither the Outsider type nor Devil subtype even say they're immortal or ageless, or suggest how long they might live). I would expect devils can still be affected since they don't have that immunity. Even if they don't age naturally, they still have a flesh and bone body that can have creaky bones and withered muscles. There is a creature in Bestiary 5 called a Shabti, which, while immortal, can still be affected by 'spells and effects that cause aging', so there's some precedent for magically aging someone who can't otherwise age.

Here's what I found with an immunity to aging, for reference.

Bestiary 2 has:
Titan, Elysian
Titan, Thanatotic

Bestiary 3 has:
Behemoth, Tempest
Behemoth, Thalassic
Behemoth, Thunder
Titan, Hekatonkheires
Behemoth Subtype

Bestiary 4 has:
Great Old One, Bokrug (Bestiary 4)
Great Old One, Cthulhu
Great Old One, Hastur
Titan, Fomorian
Great Old One subtype

Bestiary 5 has:
Deep One (Bestiary 5)
Hundun
Manasaputra, Maharishi Manu
Titan, Danava

I don't have a PDF of Bestiary 6 to search through, so no idea what's in there.
