At several of the seminars at Gen Con, there was mention of a conversion guide pdf usually followed by "it should be going up on the website soon." Any word on when it will be available? If it already is could someone please link to it? I cannot find it.

I think it's like 11 in the morning where Paizo is at. It will probably go up later today.
They seldom put blogs up before noon, which would be 3 p.m. on the east coast. Aaron mentioned patience for a reason.
Of course, I am UK and sometimes forget the time difference

Caveat: Because of the differences between the two editions, this guide has a few tables to represent equivalents and help with the conversion process as well as general advice on how to convert something over rather than straight up conversion formulas. They give a few general examples without great detail.
If you were expecting a treatise that would allow you to quickly convert everything from PF1 to PF2, this isn't it...and I'm pretty sure such a guide would be impossible to write.
