I saw a fun feat or Fighter, that applied Feared 1 when you damage an enemy with a weapon. Would that stack if you hit them multiple times?
No. It only stacks/accumulates if the ability specificly says so.

Dang it. I'll have to find a way to get prolonged fear effect with a rogue then :(
Do you want fear of flat-footed? Because Snagging Stirke and Combat Grab are pretty good as making enemies flat-footed.

I'll look into that. I went with fear because of that one rogue feat that makes feared enemies flat-footed to me. I see now that it was a mistake on my part because I misread the fighter feat and thought it was applying fear passively. But grappling also looks interesting.
