Pg. 107 of 2E CRB "GLIMPSE OF REDEMPTION [reaction]
CHAMPION
Trigger An enemy damages your ally, and
both are within 15 feet of you.
Your foe hesitates under the weight of sin as
visions of redemption play in their mind’s eye. The
foe must choose one of the following options:
• The ally is unharmed by the triggering damage.
• The ally gains resistance to all damage against
the triggering damage equal to 2 + your level.
After the damaging effect is applied, the enemy
becomes enfeebled 2 until the end of its next turn."

How long does the resistance last for?

It lasts for the triggering attack/spell.

Yes, the resistance is to the specific triggering instance of damage, not the triggering damage TYPE.

Radiant Oath

For the resistance of the Glimpse of Redemption, does it apply to all the damage types (example as doing slashing/negative/fire damage types) or do you clump all damage types and reduce the damage after.

Each damage type is resisted, as normal for attacks that are split into multiple damage types.

It’s possible to have resistance to all damage. When an effect deals damage of multiple types and you have resistance to all damage, apply the resistance to each type of damage separately. If an attack would deal 7 slashing damage and 4 fire damage, resistance 5 to all damage would reduce the slashing damage to 2 and negate the fire damage entirely.
