I am not sure what to take as general/skill feats. About feats I don't know if 2nd is good. ¿Do you think is this the most optimal way?

Sudden charge is 2 actions.

The stature feats don't seem all that great. Just extra reach?

The stature feats are great if you pick up stuff like Whirlwind Strike at Level 14 or want to be able to Shove or Trip extremely large enemies. They also synergize decently with Cleave and Great Cleave, since a larger reach means more potential targets for your shenanigans. Taking Attack of Opportunity at Level 6 is also good to combo with it, and the less you need to move to hit things the more you'll be able to make multiple attacks and use multi-action activities.

Cleave and Great Cleave are still pretty bad, because enemies don't often stand next to each other.

Not taking Titan Wrestler skill feat would be a missed opportunity for any giant instinct barbarian IMO.

I agree, and so does my Legendary Athletics skill.

Boulder Roll seems like a good way to turn it on on a regular Basis.

Not sure it's worth the cost of 2 racial feats but with swipe and Waraxe (and Cleave) working so well in tandem it might actually be good.

Eh...I guess Boulder Roll kind of works. You have to walk the enemy next to another enemy. The action you spend moving them could be used to do something else. There are a lot of possible options, so it's hard to say if it's worth it.

First thing that I saw here was the "Min-Max" pun. I approve. Thank you.
