Weakness and splash damage

Forgive me if this is already listed somewhere, etc etc.
If a creature has a weakness 10 to fire, and it takes one point of splash damage from a bomb, does that make it actually 10 splash damage?
I would think so. But that's crazy, if so.

It takes 11 points of damage; the normal damage plus the weakness.

Okay. Yea. That's what I was meaning was 10 [more] damage.
If that's the case, an alchemist with his bombs can demolish certain fights. Not a lot, but he'd shine for that combat.
