Linked Focus Prerequisites

The "linked Focus" 4th level wizard feat has a prerequisite of "arcane school". Does this refer to a prerequisite of the class feature "arcane school", or to having selected an arcane school(not being a universalist). I presume the later but wish to be sure.

Considering that it says "to cast a spell of your arcane school" it would not work for a universalist.
