According to the table and the text in the Bard section on page 98, they get their first class feat at 2nd level. However, the list of bard feats starts with a list of 1st-level bard feats (page 99), immediately followed by a list of 2nd-level bard feats (page 100).
Is it correct that they do not get a bard feat at first level?

Ah, I see that the listed 1st-level feats can be accessed via the bard's Muse. However, they are listed as "1st Level" bard feats. And the "Reach Spell" feat in this list has no Muse to access it...

Humans could still take it at 1st level.
You'll also note that not getting a class feat at 1st level but having 1st level class feats is a pattern shared by other classes, like the sorceror.
