Sluggish condition? (Splash of art pg 397)

The spell Splash of Art can inflict Sluggish 1 or 2. This is not in the list of conditions, but neither is Demoralized so I’m wondering if, like Demoralized, it is not an actual condition and is listed in a separate section?

If I had to guess I'd say it's supposed to be Clumsy.

Pretty sure Jason said that Sluggish was replaced by clumsy. Can you add this to the typo thread?
