So I’ve been playing Pathfinder since it came out and have most of the non settling specific books. Every group I’ve played with has always used a homebrew world. I’ve been running my own games using a homebrew as well but I would love to learn as much as I can for free about the official setting. Geography, city’s, lore, etc. what is the best free but none pirate way of doing so?

Just the Inner Sea World Guide (a pdf costs 10$) will give you all thet you need to start; other books provide additional details, but are nowhere necessary. You can also check the PathfinderWiki that contains a lot of the information from Inner Sea World Guide and other books.

You might also want to look into getting some of the Pathfinder novels. If you are a book buyer anyway, choosing one of these instead of something else wouldn't cause an additional expense. I have read several and they are not bad at all, and they give you a more intimate view of the world then a gazetteer.
