So I've been playing Shin Megami Tensei games(devil survivor in particular) lately and I came to think about witchwarper and other wacky upcoming classes, so I started to think: "Wait, is it already possible to do this in Starfinder?"
(for reference, common thing in SMT and its spinoffs is that someone made "Demon Summoning Program" which as it says, summons demons. It basically simulates same steps and magical chants as actual demon summoning rituals, but obviously much faster in easy to use form :p)
I'd guess it wouldn't be possible in Starfinder currently because I'm talking about sort of thing you could do even if you weren't caster yourself, you'd just need to use the program instead of casting any magic. I guess you could play technomancer who does this, but that'd be just the flavor wise.

Only if you play the MP3 backwards...
More seriously
The words and gestures just unlock the magical energy you stored up when you rested. Without that they're like a grenade pin without the rest of the grenade. It's why you didn't have a fireball gatlingun the second someone invented the phonograph.

If you had a computer, and a spell chip with an instance of summon creature, and you were a spell caster, you could indeed do exactly this. I have been experimenting with calling on Aeons (more traditionally ritualistically.. Z is a mystic..) as skill monkeys/historians of the akashic record, and as long as I keep it interesting as a player the GM has been using the instance to give up interesting information.

I think this works.
1) Get yourself a weapon.
2) Get yourself a computer with a complex control module for said weapon.
3) Install a spellthrowing fusion in that weapon.
4) Buy spell gems of summon monster with the demon graft
Well, it's not a program that summons demons, but now you have a spellcasting turret that can summon demons. Or shoot fireballs.
Edit: Dang it, I forgot about spell chips, that's way simpler... But my way is automated.

I don't have my books with me, but can you stick a Summoning Grenade in a Bombarding Fusion weapon? That would be a free summon per day, if I recall, which doesn't make you a Raidou Kuzanoha-level Devil Summoner, but it's getting there.
It would be cheaper and more reliable than the computer controlled spellthrower for sure.

I see no reason you couldn't do this if it seemed fun. There's a lot of possible overlap between technology and magic and creatures from the planes if you imagine it. For proof I offer you this:
(Minor Dead Suns spoilers ahead - sorry for the length)
Our party had cleared out the driftrock and exited in the Sunrise Maiden. Bear in mind the ship had been isolated in there for 70+ year. This was a bit of flavor our GM posted:

The patch engine cannot patch your firmware to latest version within the current metamagical light cone of the ship's operating hardware.
A software daemon must be summoned/downloaded in order to upgrade the ship core matrix to accept the new firmware.
Your ship lifetime warranty covers all costs, both monetarily and spiritually, for this summoning.
Do you agree? Y/N: Y.
Summoning/Downloading cobollorix.patchworks.sanjaval.triune.org ... SUCCESS.
Whoa, this is a tight fit. How much pr0n do you got eating up your hard disk? Heh. Just kidding...
Hmm... Wow! Where do you find this ship? In a museum? You got barely enough storage left to run the patch engine upgrade.
Well, good for you that you got the ship lifetime warranty and Sanjaval still honors it.
First things first: I am gonna have to increase your storage array to what Sanjaval is currently throwing into their ships. That will require summoning a few trillion nano-modrons who will sacrifice their meta-physical shells to form the new ship storage. Don’t worry, I am told they don’t feel pain or mind annihilation of the self.
Done!
Next, I will have to upgrade your firmware from 14.04 to version 57.0 … Done!
Now , I will have to upgrade it to 82.3 … now to 91.7 … now to … you know what: this may take a while. You might want to make a cup of synth-coffee.

For the spell thrower turret, you would need to determine how much of the computer's attack bonus is bad, to know if the spell chip works without an attack roll.

A tier 0 computer is +0, which is a 45% chance to trigger a level 4 spell gem.
The bombarding fusion option tends to be more expensive, but a 100% chance of working.

The Spell Chip is probably the easiest way of getting the computer to be able to cast spells. The problem there is that it says that it has to be a spellcaster that is using the computer in order to make the spell chip work. So, not automated and couldn't be used as countermeasures.
Now, I don't really like that answer. I think it would be better to houserule it so that it works. As long as the spell chip was installed (and reloaded) by a qualified spellcaster, then the computer could cast the spell it contains by itself.
I like that option better than cobbling together weapon mounts and spell grenades and such. Although the pokeball launcher is probably valid in society play. So that is a bonus.

Or just allow PC's to make or buy the Spellthrower Fusion for their computers, by Tier.
You have to have a high enough tier of computer to run the spell chip.
And chips actually WOULD work out for me economy-wise because I have been running a homebrew Conjurer Mystic connection/archetype, and reading this thread has me thinking I should be doing most instances of Summon Creature via some kind of digital grimoire. Which will be crucial next level so I can save those 3rd slots for Slow, etc.

It's only 470 credits for the level 2 flare pistol.
Install the spellthrowing fusion there, duct tape it to the back of your spell computer, then put a fancy case on the whole thing that disguises it as just the computer.

spellthrower only throws spells up to 1/4 the item level, so a spell throwing flare gun could only toss cantrips.

It wouldn't be that hard to set up.
Starfinder has Summoning rules, i believe that they introduced in the Starfinder ARMORY.
What you need is a hybrid item commuter that casts the summoning spells.

They were introduced in Alien Archive, and what you can summon is pretty limited.

Sorry, for clarity, I meant that the summoning rules were introduced in AA1. The Armory does introduce the Elemental Gem, though, which is a consumable item that is limited to summoning an elemental of a single type as though casting the spell, as well as the Summoning Grenade, which summons a predetermined creature from the spell's options (which, again, are limited - you don't summon any creature of a given CR or anything like that; it's mostly just templates applied to the base elemental).
