Fine -- Then you have to search the deck.
But I do recall how gleeful my Starfinder players were when a whole bunch of those cards got stacked next to an enemy that they were fighting.

So I sort of have an issue with this deck...the old condition cards came with 4 sets of conditions. I would hand a full sets out to the players and keep one as the GM. So there were 3 sets on the table for the players and one set for the GM. It worked out nice. It was more about quick rule look up as opposed using them for tracking
The new set seems to have a random number of cards...some are 4 some are more and some are less.
example
4 hidden
2 fatigued
3 enfeebled
1 encumbered
So I can not even make 2 full sets (a player and gm) anymore...
Not as happy as I hoped to be with these cards....plus there is no art (goblins) on the cards at all both sides show the stats and the colors are not distinct enough (at east of me) to separate them....frighted and fatigued are the same green (to me).
Am I missing something here? Seems like this deck is way less useful then it use to be

You do need to do that. However, in case it's useful to others, with other games I've found this an excellent job to delegate to a player who is not terribly across the rules. They come in alphabetical order and I ask them to keep that sorted as well as to hand them out to players as required and then collect them and file them appropriately.
At the table, I notice them quite often casually browsing the cards when there's no way they'll ever open a rulebook. It doesn't really bog down the game in my experience to just ask the "condition deck player" to dig out a staggered card. The afflicted player can then read it before their next turn and the card on the table acts as a good reminder for everyone.
I think they're an excellent concept and I think the PF2 ones are well designed.

I try to keep the cards alphabetized. In PF1 and Starfinder they are double-sided, so I just flip one or two of each type over when sorting (PF1 was best since there were 4 of each; Starfinder has only 3 of each so it's less ideal). Not sure if that's possible with the new ones, I don't have them yet.
