I have a conundrum - I am going to Gen Con this year and plan to pick up my subscriptions at the show. I have also recently subbed to the accessories line.
My issue is that in addition to the landscape screen that comes with the accessories sub, I ALSO want the portrait style screen. I also noticed the offer to provide a free PDF for those that pre-order this screen who also have the accessories sub.
My issue is this: it doesn't appear that the portrait style screen is available for pickup at Gen Con, and I am concerned that if I pre-order the portrait screen it will interfere with my current subscription and inadvertently hold the subscription items back from being picked up at Gen Con.
Any idea how to handle this? Is there a way for me to pre-order the Portrait screen AND pick up my regular subscriptions at Gen Con? Or is it better to wait until after Gen Con and order the portrait screen then (but miss out on the free PDF)?

So as an update, I went ahead and pre-ordered the portrait-style screen. Based on everything I have read on the message boards here, it appears I should still be able to pick up all of my subscription items at Gen Con and the portrait style GM screen will be shipped to me in the next proper subscription shipment, and I will get access to the PDF. Is this correct?
